At S 3 Plumbing & Mechanical, LLC. we have implemented a safety culture that rewards good behavior. We have included our Insurance Broker, Insurance Provider, and a Third Party Safety Expert in our on-going improvement efforts.



Our Two-Day Onboarding Program for New Hires includes paid OSHA training and certification before that new employee starts their career on any jobsite. This is to ensure that all new employees are properly oriented and aware of the dangers that exist on the jobsite.
